My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and neat, although on the small side, they were convenient and flexible in terms of bedding arrangements. The service was extremely helpful and incredibly polite. The location was perfect for exploring different parts of the city, being near the imperial palace and with easy access to transportation. The dining experience offered Japanese and Western style cuisine, although some additional breakfast options would have been appreciated.

We enjoyed a cozy nightcap in the hotel's bar and appreciated the unique shopping opportunities nearby. Although I wished for more dining variety, the proper Japanese food served was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, and we made great use of the laundry service during our stay.
